We have been monitoring the COVID-19 spread closely and it has become clear, that the best way to support our community at this time, is to discontinue services and temporarily close our doors. We take pride in being an oasis of calm in our small town and it is with a heavy heart, we send out this message on behalf of our entire BB family. Please note this class is heated to 35 degrees Celsius. ||| Hot Power Flow 75 minute class ||| Restorative 60 minute class A class designed for all levels. An integral break down of fundamental yoga postures, with emphasis on longer holds and alignment. Learn to link movement and breath for a full mind body experience. Explore new shapes and movement, see what you are capable of! Please note this class is warm. ||| Gentle Yin 75 minute class This class is perfect for anyone new to yoga, students who like a slower pace to their practice or anyone who could use a Saturday morning stretch to wake their body up! The gentle, slow movement of this class is meant to go beyond muscle tissue into the body's connective tissue and is often described as "moving meditation". It is suitable for all levels and is a great way to explore floor-based yoga poses. Please note this class is warm.
